Zeb, I just forwarded an e-mail to you that Dirk Chardet sent in a while back. It is all about Oil Pulling and has a lot of great information. I don't think Dirk would mind. There are a few people on another list that I am in that do Oil Pulling, but I have not read much in the way of progress reports having to do with oil pulling other than some mild herx reactions and whiter teeth.
