If you dip you index finger up to the first joint and then put it into a
capsule I think that is the amount that I just took. That is the measure that
was mentioned here. Yes, I realize that 1/4 is equal to 1000mg. That is how I
take my MSM. How would you measure the 30mg that everyone has mentioned?
