Pure Epsom Salts is a key ingredient in any good liver/gall bladder 
program. When flushing, if you have any large stones, there is always 
the possibility of a stone getting lodged in the bile duct - if this 
happens, taking Epsom Salts internally will cause the bile duct to relax 
and allow the stone to pass... this is better than having to go to the 
hospital for surgery, no?

MSM *is* [a form of] sulphur... and it is highly available, which is why 
it is so good for so many things... and is, in fact, a missing 
ingredient in many bone/joint nutritional supplement formulas.

MSM is a pure and beneficial form of the mineral sulphur. Sulphur is the 
eight most prevalent mineral in the body. MSM is a naturally occurring 
nutrient found in nearly all living organisms, plant, animal and human.

Foods containing sulphur include grains, legumes, fresh unprocessed 
vegetables like garlic, onions, cabbage, broccoli and Brussels sprouts.
