Immediately before getting into bed, I stand next to bed, eyes open and turn head as far as possible left and then right and allow my shoulders to swing along too. About 2 or three seconds per turn. Allowing my eyes to flick from one object to another is a good indication that my eye muscles have relaxed, which takes a bit of patience and practise and is good. Do this for a minute or three. Works for me and I think it is because the brain is filled with thousands of benign pictures which it then happily processes while i can get to sleep. It also helps to "see" myself sleeping sufficiently and waking refreshed. I try to do the visualisation well before actually getting ready to go to sleep. I take Calcium in the evening and magnesium first thing in the morning. And stay away from the horrors; so avoid watching the news. ... hth, Tony -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
