Goodness. I get confused when I try to figure out what we might need. I think I have it down re the minerals needed to detox mercury. Do you or do you know where I might see some kind of a list of things we really need to stay healthy??

I can think of at least two more. Food and oxygen.  I am not sure iodine
was broken out, all the necessary minerals, including iodine, are
required but not produced by the body.
