Hi Ruth, If you do decide to give homozon a try, you can always start at a VERY low dose to assure a GENTLE cleanse while eliminating the mad dashes to the bathroom. Some have mentioned starting at only 1/8 tsp. to get the gentle cleanse. Others start at 1 tsp. and have to make a mad dash to the bathroom for a couple of hours. However, after the colon is cleansed (it does take some time, tho), the mad dashes are not as urgent. I am not trying to pursuade you one way or another. Only repsonding to your request for information that might be helpful in your situation, nor did I ever say you do not read the posts or pay attention.
