unfortunately, the masses refuse to believe anyone other than the
establishment. So if I take a teaspoonful of coconut cream (virgin) then
this should do my immune system good? I already use it for cooking.
The year I worked hard on my essential fatty acids, I ate near one
gallon of coconut oil. All together I was taking 5 kinds of EFA's.
The Mayo clinic did my EFA profile and every single item was in the normal
range. I think there are about 32 items.
Amazing was the fact that the local doctor and his head nurse had never
seen an EFA profile before.
Some great doctors state this is the best diagnostic tool available to
doctors. I guess they have to know how to read before it is of any value.
I mix coconut oil, peanut butter, and honey as a snack and energy food.
Usually eat about 1 pint per week. I am always running out of peanut
butter.
