You can report spamming directly to PayPal and they "will" investigate it.
Click on "forward" so they have the entire posting and change the "Send to"
address to read:
[email protected]_ (mailto:[email protected])

Yes - but headers are easily forged. I could easily send a message to
this mail list that *appears* to come from you.
