Hi Wayne & others,
When I first came down with cfids, it really (still
does) affected my brain function. People would come
by to 'visit', and all their talking made me sick,
really physically sick. It was then I realized you
need your brain to even listen to people talk. It was
also then I thought to myself, 'I guess people really
talk more to hear themself talk rather than to
communicate because all that talking is just making me
sick!' It really was even too hard to simply listen
to people talk.
Well, that was when I was really sick and just about
anything made it worse. However, since then, I still
think much of what is said is not really pertinent,
but rather than thinking it's just to hear themself
talk, I now realize it is simply a very social thing
people use to interact with each other. Now when
somebody does give one line answers to a question or
sometimes even a single word answer, I find myself
wishing they would have said more so that I could have
gotten to know them a little better. lol
Gail
ps. btw, I still think piracetam works really well
for brain funtion. At least it seems to be helping
me.
It also works well along with curcumin.
