I just read it. The block by Chlorine Dioxide.
I did not interpret it to say what your second and third sentence says.
I also read a lot about Chlorine Dioxide and Sodium Chlorite.
( not on that website )
I understood that chlorine dioxide is a gas and cannot normally be
shipped. It has to be made where it is used.
Maybe I imagined that.
