On March 11, 1999, the Federal Trade Commission filed suit charging Rose
Creek Health Products, Inc., of Kettle Falls, Washington, its sister
corporation (<http://www.worldprofit.com/health/mbslife.htm>Staff of Life,
doing business as R-Garden Internationale), and president Donald L. Smyth
with making blatantly false and unsubstantiated health claims for "Vitamin
O." [1] The defendants' ads -- which have appeared in USA Today, in other
newspapers, and on the Internet -- have claimed that "Vitamin O" can cure
or prevent serious diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and lung
disease. An National Public Radio report quoted Smyth as saying that his
company was selling 50,000 bottles per month [2]. The FTC says that the
product appears to be nothing more than salt water. [Well OK, "sea salt"
water ]
The defendants had claimed that "Vitamin O," when taken orally, enriches
the bloodstream with supplemental oxygen. The ads state that Vitamin O
consists of "intact oxygen molecules in a liquid solution of distilled
water, sodium chloride and trace materials."
What is the history behind your Stabilized Liquid Oxygen and how is it made?
The new technology utilizes a revolutionary proprietary process that cost
over a million dollars to develop. Ingredients are water and sodium
chloride. The sodium chloride is added to increase electrical conductivity
to facilitate the manufacturing process that separates the oxygen molecules
from the H2O, and stabilizes the oxygen in water. The process starts with a
saline solution similar to that used by most hospitals and utilizes sea
salt from the North Atlantic. What happens to it after that is a closely
guarded secret, except to say that it is put through a special electrolysis
process. The end result is remarkable. A very high concentration of Oxygen,
safe pH levels, and with amazingly small quantities of chloride and sodium
remaining.
## Sounds a whole lot like "alkaline water" only made with sea salt for the
minerals. FYI A CS generator makes "alkaline water" [OH and H2O] as an
unavoidable byproduct, the difference being that it also makes silver ions
instead of , or along with "acid water" [H2 and H2O] and mixes it all
together instead of keeping them mostly separate with an ion barrier.
However, it takes some time for silver ions and the "alkaline water" to
balance their respective charges to form some silver hydroxides and not all
of it ever does, so, very freshly made CS is high both in "alkaline
water" and free silver ions, older CS is partly that, silver hydroxide and
other stuff that varies in proportion according to how it was made.
Does that do anything to blood oxygen levels? It "feels" like it does
"something", to *me* [and several others]...but what?
That's subjective with no good reasoning behind it. Perhaps some good
guesses. Maybe just mental suggestion.
That's a Maybe.
"stabilized" Oxygen? ...as in stable, compared to what? Stabilized *how* ?
OH isn't very stable, but it's a lot more stable than O1 and you can keep
more of it in water without it outgassing in a little while or turning
itself into ordinary O2 and outgassing. Some of it will stay dissolved,
but that's pretty much called, water. [That's my guess at it.]
Did they manage to stabilize a theoretical thing or is there actually any
O1 made in the process to stabilize?
The O1 vs O2 question has been brought up in regards to making CS with
electrolysis, but has never been answered.
But it could be worse and be exactly what the FTC says it is. "Salt water"
, er, sea salt water...which would naturally have some very stable Oxygen
[O2] dissolved in it. Fish really appreciate that. [probably don't care
much for being shocked, though]
"cost over a million dollars to develop" [cost *who*, over a million
dollars to develop *what*? Many people throughout the 19th and 20th
century making Hydrogen and Oxygen gas? Research projects looking into how
to make the Hydrogen Economy actually work? I suppose that would be "new"
...and expensive.]
"What happens to it after that is a closely guarded secret" [If you knew,
you'd make your own for a dollar a gallon? The MLM is a secret
society? After we make it, we rip you off like velcro and don't say so? ]
"A very high concentration of Oxygen, safe pH levels" [ But not neutral,
like water? PH has changed, but still to a safe level? Alkaline or acid
water? Oxygen in what form?]
"amazingly small quantities of chloride and sodium remaining" [Didn't use
much sea salt to start with, or, changed into something else by the
electrolysis, or, something similar to an ion barrier was used ? ..a 1
micron filter diaphragm out of a RO water purifier? Easily amazed? ]
Another "Stabilized Oxygen" .... H2O2
Wanna oxygenate your blood? Turn off the Acetylene, dial the regulator to
around 5 PSI and suck on the ole cutting torch. Works pretty good on most
headaches. [Might spit out a few slag particles, but so what? Minerals.]
$18 worth of 2100 PSI compressed Oxygen goes a Looooong way.

So is it possible that someone could answer my question as to whether
stabilised oxygen products are worth buying or not, or does no-one know?

Yes - but most are either BS, or over priced versions of something you
Can get much cheaper elsewhere.
