No maintenance, I`m now taking nothing for arthritis at all!
It took several months before the symptoms were all gone, though.
I took 3 capsules a day for a month, and used the cream directly on
the sore spots. It worked!

I went to the website where they sell CMO, but the one thing I
couldn't find was dosage. Thought I'd ask you how much you took?
And this was for 30 days, right? And are you staying on a
maintenance dosage? Thanks. MA
