Hi Wayne: One problem may be that the list gets posted under misleading headings, like the one I am using to reply to you (re: CS>Rosemary Jacobs, get the file). I mention this because I have saved the list a few times and I can't find it again unless I want to plow through all the messages I have saved. Not likely.
Another reason to use a decent mail client like Thunderbird - you can 'tag' messages with as many different tags as you like (and create as many different tags as you like), to make finding saved messages a breeze...
