I leave my raw milk on top of the refrigerator where it's the warmest. Makes Buttermilk much faster there. I prefer the buttermilk.

Thats the main physical difference between raw milk and pasteurized/homegenized...

Raw milk will just go sour, and will in fact be very healthy...

Dead milk will go so rancid that drinking it would be deadly - if you could hold it down...
