In the book he suggests 12 drops MMS + 60 drops citric acid, that would be like 120 drops MMS with vinegar. I bought citric acid from Wallgrens drug store, 1 pound $23.00. Chuck wish I would have seen your post as I did not feel any ill effects so tried 30 small drops with vinegar today, 9 + 9 + 12.
