Three guesses.
It was potassium and magnesium.
I took one of each driving along about two hours ago.
I will have calcium and multi minerals later.
The multimineral is Albion Chelated and contains 23 different items.
There are better ones, no doubt. However I have been pleased with all
Albion products I have used.
