thanks for that great information on oils John. What do you think of those newer margarines that have plant sterols in them to lower cholesterol? Have you ever heard of Siberian sea buckthorn oil? I also wanted to know if anyone had ever tried the CS from the candida wellness association. I think it is called silver biotic?
