This has been happening to me for no particular reason...it is like a

is all bloody looking. My vision is not affected and it doesn't
hurt...any comments on that one?
thanks much everyone
I haven't had it myself, but have heard that this occurs, but you need not
be frightened. Can heal ok. POssibly due to 'pressure', possibly
exacerbated by certain things like pollutants and foods or alchohol.
Doctors will say sometimes they occur spontaneously for unclear reason, and
I wonder what they mean. I think they mean some pressure like lifting or
sneezing but not observed or recognized.
Still, these things don't normally cause 'subconjunctival hemorrrage, so if
that is 'the straw that broke the camels' back, take rest, be kind to your
eyes and body by cutting down on the coffee and late nights at the office
reading under harsh light or whatever.
Do you feel your eyes are under pressure?
The Pressure may be a symptom of something else going on in the body.
Usually they clear - the blood's reabsorbed in a couple of weeks. If it
reoccurs often, then go to the doctor - you may have high blood pressure or
medications may be causing. Oh another thing may be rubbing in your sleep
on a pillow or something.
