I have to step in here you guys. This is really funny; all these different theories.
One thing that started the spraying operations was when Clinton gave freedom of our skies to other countries; mainly Russia and that was in 1993. Then a military man I talked to from Fl. was there when they were spraying his area and he said everyone was getting soooo sleepy so he asked a buddy and he told him they were testing so in case of a riot they could lull the people?? Then, maybe all these other theories came into being because of the different things being sprayed. I get very sleepy when on the internet so think someone is pulling something there as I hear from all my friends that they are doing the same thing. Think things just got out of hand probably starting with the 1800's and we went along with our heads in the sand so now we have major problems. So, I pray. Leslie
