After reading most of his book I believe that the losening of the bowels is one of the effects. I have just begun the treatment.. 2nd day 3 drops in 1/4 Teaspon of Vinger. I believe that I'm getting the same result. I will begin increasing the drops each day. Also I've started my cat who is sick on the drops. Will reserve judgement and watch progress on both of us. connie
