More than 5 would've been OK too. Didn't mean to make it "tight, I just didn't want an armload!!! Taking a lot of things daily is tiresome and usually expensive, 'sides I didn't think most on the list that respond would stick the numbers anyhow... <grin>

vitamin and mineral.  Number mineral supplement would
be magnesium, also calcium for post menopausal women.
Vitamins would be C & D.  And to top it off, I'd chose
something like concentrace or sea salt for other
