<html><div>From Ruth Strackbein</div></html>Hi, Ruth B. from Ruth S. I have had one Ondamed session with a Dr. Essen at the Whole Life Clinic, Inc. 904 E. 143rd St. Burnsville , Mn. 55337. Phone 952-891-3019. Website: www.wholelifeclinic.com Naturopath. I am currentlytaking the following Alternative Health preparations: Digestazon Plus, Una De Gato Honey Vinegar, Sangre De Drago from Amazon Herbs. Also Fiberzon Plus Rhubarb Root, from the same company. In addition, I use Hydrozyme, Organik-15, Bio GGG-B, Bio FCTS from Metabolic Management, P.O. Box 546, Grant Park,Illinois 60940, 800-373-1373. And Lipophos EDTA from Allergy Research Group. Don't have the address for them handy. And Prescript- Assist , a probiotic, www.safermedical.us . These are all designed to aid in digestion. These preparations are very, very expensive. My son paid for the first round, and I for the second, but don't know if I can continue, at least not in the prescribed amounts. So far I do see some improvement in colon transit speed, but that is more likely due to regular Doctor prescribed daily doses of Milk of magnesia, which Dr. Essen knows about. My regular Drs. also know about the Ondamed things I am using. I am currently taking Milk of mag 3 times a day between meals in doses of 1, 1 and a half or 2 tablespoons as seem to be needed. You may not have read my earlier posts about the condition of my colon which is a great deal longer than usual, very floppy , and has a tested transit time of 7-8 days! It has been recommended to have either partial or total colon removal, but , because of my age (79) it was deemed wise to try some rather drastic methods to get this organ into action more regularly. You may include this information if you think it will be useful to enough people. The sites to purchase the above listed products are probablyof general interest. Those companies carry other natural products as well. Ruth Strackbein

I've been asked to do a recap of everyone's suggested regimes that I requested in a separate post, which I think is a great idea. Something that might be helpful would be to let us know where you get the products (i.e., Walmart, health food store, online, etc.) and then to provide links to those products where appropriate (as I suspect a large portion are being ordered online). Please feel free to provide any other suggestions to the lists for use in the recap. Thanks! (& crossin my fingers this only goes once to each list) Ruth B. _________________________________________________________________ Windows Live Hotmail and Microsoft Office Outlook – together at last.
