Thankfully, there is a "work around" with associated game rules.
If a substance or method makes no claims, it's not a drug and it's any
bodies baby, needing no approval.
But then the babies have to educate themselves, be "careful" and have a
sharp eye out for mis-information.
Greed and lies is not the sole property of the establishment.
If instances of harm and critical dis-information arise, if the rules of
the avoidance game are violated, both the FDA and FTC sharpen their
purposefully blind eyes.
Just keep calling it bath water and the plug doesn't get pulled ...unless
too many babies are drowning in it.
The FDA may be working for the "Pharm" but the "Pharm" is aware that it's
"oddballs" that have the really new ideas that could be developed into more
riches to pay the FDA...and...no need to hire Guinea pigs.
It's called "free research"...risk free. [Greed S-kills ]
It's in every ones interest to turn that blind eye.
