  You can get organic cat nip from a health food store, a pet store or you can 
grow your own, It's very easy to grow part of the mint family I believe. I know 
the British used it before they had black tea, it's also good for the stomach, 
and sleep and has a lot of minerals in it. They used it on restless babies 
also. It kind of has a grassy taste but it's not bad.
