In my experience, acidophilous is effective even when given at the same
time as an antibiotic, does for dose. I might put it in the same
bottle with everything else, it should work.

Leslie- How old is the baby and what kind of trouble is he/she having?
I've heard good things about infant formulas containing coconut oil
as it has Lauric acid like human milk, which when digested acts to
kill bacteria, viruses and fungi. I know one person on the list has
written of giving CS extensively to babies and children. I would also
give acidophilus at another time of the day to replenish good
bacteria.

I have another question I would like to put out here and that is when
a baby is having trouble with their milk, can we put a little bit of
cs in their bottle?? I know it works to prevent bacteria in my milk
and makes it last an extra week plus.
