CS is very effective on herpes. Herpes I is the cause of cold sores. I
used to get them 5 to 10 times a year, for almost 50 years, but cured
them using CS. I have not had one sin 1999, when I first started using
CS and that is without me taking any CS for months at a time now.
Anyway, if you feel one coming on, drink a few ounces of CS, and apply
with a tissue to the spot you feel it coming on for 5 or 10 minutes. It
should then go away shortly. Take CS daily orally, for several months
to eliminate the virus entirely. I cannot say for sure that CS alone
got rid of my herpes since I also supplemented at that time when I would
feel something coming on, or was exposed to something, with olive leaf
extract, and oreganol.
