It is the proper most bio-available form to take Faith. The selenomethionine one without the l- bit is still not as good (as I read it) but I have found the Now brand does it very reasonably too, and I have ordered that. The only one I found other than that was from France and cost 20 euros which is a lot dearer, and didn't even have the name of my country in in English so I couldn't tell what to put in on this, so didn't order, thank goodness. I'd rather buy from Now anyway, as they are so good. Dee
