Hi,

I was reading of the poor man with claustrophobia.  There are several
things that might help.  Essential fatty acids, B12 and folic acid, a full
spectrum B complex, B50, Magnesium and trace minerals.

Anxiety and panic attacks have responded to this regimen with good food
intake and so forth.  Maybe the claustrophobia will also be helped.  Many
things that are thought of as psychological these days are due to lacking
elements in our diet due to the way we have been told we should eat.
