I make tea with CS nearly every day. I bring nearly to a boil, but try not to boil it - not that it seems to make any difference. I add Xylitol (has additional anti-viral properties) and a dash of milk, as otherwise the CS changes the taste too much. I make all kinds of tea, black, green, white, mint, etc. All work ok. If I feel a cold coming on I might drink two or three cups during the day to drive it off. Also use CS with xylitol nose drops and 3% hydrogen peroxide in the ears, let bubble for a couple of minutes then clean out with qtip.

All works very well. Only caught 1 cold all year and that was because my wife was down with it and I had to breath the same air for five days.

Subject: CS>Making tea using CS

I woke up with a raspy throat this morning
and started gargling with CS.
Is it OK to heat the CS to use it making green tea ?
This tea is supposed to be good for sore throats too.

thanks,
Smitty
