For selenium, I don't know if its the cheapest way, but the best way
is to buy Brazil Nuts.
1 oz of brazil nuts contains nearly 8 times the rec daily allowance.
And at least you know its natural selenium and it's really IN there.
(Unlike some of these vitamin and mineral tablets that you just can't
trust IMO.
