I think so...could have been something else..but when I first

started use CS about a 1/4 cup 3 times a day I noticed

two small rash like bumps like shingles (which I have had

in the past) that came up on my lowed neck..It could have been

a clearing out of something that had to come to the surface ..like cleansing.

I put CS on it for a week and it went away just as Shingles will do useing CS.
