The notes are more of a C# and a G# if you want to go down to the toes in one
sonic vibration. But C and G work. They are contained in the nerves harmonics.
If it is permissable, I talk a lot more about sonics and the sciatic nerve at
my blogsite today.
It is 360.yahoo.com/michel_zangari

I also talk about using the telephone as a brain machine.

Dianne,

Just so you know: a TENS unit (acronym for Transcutaneous Electro-Nerve
Stimulator), even though medically approved for pain management, controls pain
by emitting current at much higher levels than that produced by the body, so
certain nerve fibers are numbed and deadened. Thus the machine "works" by
temporarily suppressing symptoms, not by restoring cell and tissue function!
The amount of current produced by a TENS unit is many more times the amount
produced by the body's own nerve cells. This is why the machine numbs instead
of heals.

There are other devices that produce much lower levels of current, which mimic
the amounts produced by the body. These are the Scenar and the Tennant
Biomodulator. I used to own a Scenar and then traded it in for the
Biomodulator. They are both biofeedback devices that help restore cell voltage
safely and gently by encouraging the flow of healing neuropeptides in the body,
thus normalizing cellular metabolism (where nutrients an enter and wastes can
leave the tissues). I have seen this device reduce swelling, help relaxation,
improve sleep, and speed overall healing.

Disclosure: I am a dealer for the Biomodulator. If you would like more
information on it, please contact me off-list. But even if you don't want to
consider a Biomodulator or similar device, consider how the TENS unit manages
pain and why you haven't yet used it.

Connie

Thank you. Will ask our Chiropractor about decompression. That may be the
problem from the injury I had.
I have a tens unit but wouldn't know exactly where to place it. My right side
is the one that is the worst. The hot tub helped but it is temporarily out of
commission.
Thanks again,
Dianne

Hi Diane..
I suffered for years with that problem... The things that have worked for me
are:
TENS Unit.... sometimes I would wear it 24 hour at high settings
DECOMPRESSION THERAPY - Last year I went through around 24 session at my
chroprators office. It's a table that they strap you on to and it exerts so
many pounds of pressure while pulling the disc apart... After around 10
treatment I noticed while doing my walking that I was not compensating on my
right leg; and I almost felt that I could run.
After finishing treatment I began seeing a physical therapist that doing yogi
stretches. He also did decompression therapy using a mobile unit. I ended up
purchasing my own unit.
Also I had found relief with DMSO.
