  Subject: CS>kidney stones
  To Lin;
  and others re Kidney stones.

. I would advise him to get pH test strip paper for testing pH of urine and
saliva. His systems alkaline condition is more than likely out of whack and is
overly acidic.Urine levels should be reading from 6.5 to 7.5 pH [potential
hydrogen].Testing is done first thing upon arising in the AM.Some say not the
first urine passed, but, the second.I personally find no difference.Do not try
to use the test paper for diabetics as it is too coarse a reading to be
useful.Get proper pH paper for urine/saliva;probably from a health food store.
I have found CS not to do much for this condition.I passed kidney stone some
years ago and when I found out about testing pH,my urine was right off the
scale on the acid side. Being overly acidic is one of the main causes of
Osteoporosis as the body leaches
Calcium from the bones in trying to neutralize the bloods pH.The Urines' pH
is indicative of the bloods Ph.I was able to bring it up closer to the norm.
with a radical diet change, but not good enough. Now I get a supplement from the
Happy Herbalist called Buffer- PH made by Vaxa. This works very well.
The test strip paper I use is "greens +"in .2 increments.
I also alternate using a Hanna pH test meter, which I got from the Happy
Herbalist, www.HappyHerbalist.com
A change of diet will probably be necessary too.
It will take time to dissolve these stones depending on size and number, but
this way will help stop them from re-forming.My episode happened about 20 years
ago.
