You and others may know this but I thought of it in regard to colds and
congestion.
That has been a challenge in my life for almost 50 years now. Many years
having to have
antabotics, sometimes back to back and even the big guns did not work
as I may have had a virus. It put me down 5 sometimes 6 times a year.
Thanks to CS and a helpful places like silver-list ,I no longer feel the
pressure from with in or with out (weather fronts ect)
CS squert down the nose with head tilted back , allowing the CS to go as far
as it can in to the sinues.I was told that 2 min. was needed and to do this
with
the head extended back over a bed with nostrals faceing upward,( I now tilt
my head back as fas
as I can) then move turn over and head down and alow the CS to go into the
other set
of sinues Sometime I have to do this 2 or 3 times to loosen the plug of
mucus
.This protocal has kept me from cronic congestion that would later move to
an infection due to mold, cold air, household dust from inside computers
that I work on daily and so forth.
It has been a real God-sent solution that I am so thankful for.

Hope this will encourage you and others..

he just wasn't feeling right. The clerk at the desk said there are no beds
available for all the patients with flu, vomiting and diarrhea and their
dehydration. She said they'd set up beds in the ER waiting room, and in
the other waiting room (where I was), they were putting patients waiting
for a bed in the ER. Excuse me while I go pickle myself in colloidal
silver.
