I have used Tropical Traditions for a few years now and find it very good.In
the past C. oils were not good tasting, but theirs is very nice, almost no
flavour to speak of.I also use Fresh Shores from Dr. Mercola.I can't tell
the difference.
A good way to get it in the diet is in making modified butter.I have been
doing this for many years.
It is delicious.
Recipe;
1 lb.organic[if available] unsalted butter.
Put in mixing bowl, cut into pieces, let it come to room temp.
Add 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil,
1/4 cup of Hemp seed oil,
1/4 cup of coconut oil.
1/2 teaspoon Sea salt/or Himalayan salt.
Blend gently[to avoid oxgenating it too much] with a plastic or rubber
spatula until smooth.Takes about 10 minutes.
Keep in refridgerator.
This is a fair balance of fatty acids plus other benefits of butter.
I started doing this about 30+ years ago.At that time I used a special
tri-blend oil which was taken off the market later.Why, I don't know,so I
had to find others. This mix now is superior.
