Lin if the body is fully operational then it can heal itself, taking a maintenance dose of CS every day is an immune system booster, so if you understand this then taking CS will allow for the reversal of bone density loss by the body when it is strong enough to do it's own natural business - this is not proved by science but it is how the body works - so it is simply MY OPINION FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE.
