Psoriasis is caused by borrelliosis, of course the quack wont let you in on that. CS, good salt and vitamin c along with some good probiotics should help. He has to kill of the spirochetes which are the root of the problem. Sunshine and salt water including epsom salt baths will help along the way. Stay away from the drugs that mess with the immune system.
