I use 10 % DMSO. I think some have used 15 or 20 percent.
The timing and methods can vary depending on the seriousness of the
ailment and what you wish to accomplish.
Deep breathing, how long you hold the breath before expelling, ect,
........ will have to be developed by you, as you progress and learn.
It works for me with short sessions, sometimes as little as two or three
minutes, and seldom more than 5 or 6 minutes.
Usually I have nothing serious, only a cough or congestion. Possibly
I have had mold or fungus infections, even MRSA once.
Maybe I had something more serious than I realized.
I would guess there are several hundred messages about this in the
silver list archives, which I have locally, since about year 2000 or 2001.
I wish we had a collection for the silver file area. I could extract
these and put them there in
a text format. That is a somewhat a task, but not impossible.
I am too busy at the present to do it.
Springtime is here and it is time for Growing. Plus work, and other
projects demand lots of my
time and energy. Both are more limited than 20 or 30 years ago.
Then ........ there seemed to be little limit.
So, start your own experimenting. Maybe others will offer a few suggestions.
