OK, I've got it now. (duh!) Yes, there is no doubt allergies are linked to the immune system.
Last year, I had the worst hayfever in the whole world. I couldn't breath, had asthma, sneezing etc. etc. Now that the Lyme is (somewhat) under control, my alleriges this year are (almost) non existant. As for the milk thing, heard those arguments before. You can use them as an argument for not eating virtually anything but plant matter. Don't agree with them. Milk and meat while not *technically* necessary to sustain life, are good food. Particularly milk and meat that have not been chemically, hormonally, or genetically altered. Sparrow > Allergies are linked to the immune system.
