We used to live on a ridge in San Diego with a canyon on both sides of
the street, and I could go out to the curb in front of the house and
see the river of little black ants going down the gutter and into every
yard, into several sides of my house, and over the back wall into the
canyon. I made the mistake of spraying ant killer in my bathroom when
I was selling it that I had only used outside the house. What I didn't
realize was that it contained an ant attractant and the next thing I
knew ants were POURING into my bathtub and dying. When someone was
coming to look at the house I had to vacuum up all the dead ants as
fast as I could and hope that too many more didn't pour in while the
potential buyers were looking.
I could wish I had used Aspartame instead.
