Hi There Wayne - there is no one who can tell you what you need to do - no that is not correct - there is no one who has the right to tell you what you need to do - that choice is yours and only you can be the judge of that decision !!!!! You have been trained in the work you obviously enjoy doing - so what will serve the most, so that there is a win win outcome for all, is usually the best way to go !!!!
