Tami,
CS is absorbed into the blood stream in pretty quick order, and has
been found to remain there for a couple of hours. So it might be
prudent not to take vitamin C, selenium or other antioxidants in that
time frame. These may reduce ionic silver to elemental silver. Not
that I strictly follow that advice myself ;-)
Otherwise, maybe 10 minutes before brushing your teeth (or take it
after brushing) or drinking, to let the CS work on your gums etc.
