Vitamins are specific, you can find them listed along with what they
do.

Supplements are more general and can include vitamins that you take.
They also include other food concentrates and amino acids, probiotics,
protein, CS, MMS, etc
Desiccated liver is an example of a supplement, it also contains
vitamins, minerals and protein. It's a concentrated food.
