I wouldn't go so far as to say it isn't needed or
beneficial...in fact, it could only speed up the
cleansing/healing processm if it in fact does what it
claims to do.

The only people who probably wouldn't benefit from it
are people who have lived their entire lives, or a
goodly portion of it, on the fresh, raw organically
grown path.

As for one getting too alkaline, I don't know. On the
one hand, I can see the argument for it, but on the
other, the body is pretty good at eliminating what it
doesn't need as long as it isn't toxic, which I think
describes the alkaline water. Just a guess, though.
