Yes, that is about right, and in addition, it is hard to even get out of water from what I hear. It is one of the most reactive elements on the planet, scary stuff. It seems like the body is doing the best it can, getting it into the bones and out of harm's way.

I was wondering if you knew if there was anything I could add to the bathwater that might bind it up. Usually I just add a bunch of salt, which at least puts more ions in the water for competition. I don't have any whole house filter for the water or anything.
