So sorry about the delay in answering your question. I've had a great deal going on in my life including the recent death of my father. I have hundreds of e-mails to catch up on but I think (hope) I'm back. Please check out the website: www.crohns.net where you will find invaluable info about HSOs (homeostatic soil organisms). I have some info I can repost to the list if anyone would like about this wonderful product. I had searched for something for many years that would clean out my colon without having to resort to fasting and home colonics. These HSOs seem to be doing the trick for me in grand style! They are reputedly good for crohns disease and if you will check out this website you will find a very compelling story about a young man who overcame crohns by taking these HSOs.
