XFI versions get up to 60 MPG.....mine only does 54 in reality.
Top speed @ around 85 MPH.
1995-2001 models were made bigger and heavier and get around 45 MPG IF it
has the 3 cyl engine with 5 speed transmission.
Deduct ~8 MPG for automatic, all models.
4 cyl engines are almost as efficient.
Made by GM in Canada based on the Suzuki Swift designs, sold both under
the Geo and Chevy bowtie badges.
I pulled the head off one at 120,000 miles to do a valve job and the
engine looked NEW.
I was "SOLD" on that alone and bought 7 of them while they were still as
cheap as gas was.
