Thanks ...My Silver Puppy has the polarity switching built in. Now I know why! It is reassuring to know they are solid also. I wiped them with a paper towel and am not worried about wiping too hard and possibly taking off a thin layer.

Hey Shep,

They are solid silver wires and last until they are near nothin.  I swap my positive and negative wires with each batch so that my wires wear evenly.

Hope that helps!

Thanks, so I don't have to worry about wiping off the silver plating? Do the wires have to be replaced every so often, or are they solid and will last until very thin?
Shep
