I've been wondering, how much CS information is there, anyway? Is the
topic limited? Faith G.
It is your day to get all the answers. If you had all the articles
that have been written,
the true ones, the phony ones, and the fraudulent ones , you would have a
pile of them.
Mans Mind Exhausted ....................
I know you wanted to know this.
Mans mind is exhausted on the checker board.
For Every Move,
There is a move written to win
One written to loose,
and one written to Draw.
This is to say, a man with a photographic mind could be an expert checker
player, without any logic
or reasoning.
Not true on the Chess Board at all.
On the Chess Board this is not true. Mans mind is not exhausted.
Seems in the first ten moves, the number of possibilities goes to 27 digits.
And I have memorized complete games in the past.
Some of the greatest games in history were played by two men in a dungeon.
They remembered them and later came out and recorded the games.

Subject: archives, was Re: CS>Niceness and topics...
Lack of archives is a serious detriment to the value of this list. And
I feel that loss is directly implicated in what I see as continuing
deterioration. Very little actual CS info anymore.

Mike, when can we expect the silverlist to move to a platform that
helps keep topics on target, and has a usable archive. Its a shame to
see all this info go down the drain every day. This current setup
doesn't exactly encourage the writing of well constructed or well
researched contributions.
