I don't know about the 2 items you mentioned for osteoporosis, but I was
wondering if you knew about the information by John Lee, M.D.; the progesterone
skin creams he recommends not only stop bone loss but gradually increase bone
density. I have audio & video tapes by Dr.. Lee and more information on it, I
